Gym Manager &
Social Media Strategist
Rachel brings a rare combination to the team: hands-on gym operations experience and a strategist's eye for building community online. As gym manager, she keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly, while as social media strategist she shapes how the gym shows up and connects with members and prospective lifters alike.
Rachel isn't just managing content from the sidelines — she's a competitive powerlifter herself. That firsthand experience in the sport gives her a genuine understanding of what members are working toward, and it shows in the content and community she builds.

Front Desk &
Photo/Video
Gee is often the first face you'll see when you walk through the door, running the front desk with the kind of energy that makes the gym feel welcoming from minute one. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he makes sure every member feels at home, no matter which language they're most comfortable in.
Gee lives the sport as much as he supports it — he's a competitive powerlifter himself and a national-level referee for Powerlifting United (PLU). That deep knowledge of the platform carries over into his work behind the camera, where he's also the creative force behind the gym's photo and video content, capturing the gym's story frame by frame.

coaches who give a damn
At Fortified Iron, coaching isn't a side hustle — it's a craft. Our coaches are experienced athletes and competitors who've put in the work themselves and know what it takes to help you do the same. Whether you're chasing your first competition total, building a foundation from scratch, or everything in between, we'll meet you where you are and get you where you want to go.
Every coach here operates independently, bringing their own expertise, experience, and training philosophy to the table. That means you get a coach who's genuinely invested in your progress — not a one-size-fits-all program handed down from a corporate playbook.
Reach out directly to any of our coaches to discuss availability, pricing, and whether they're the right fit for your goals.

max lindemann
strongman, general fitness, rehab
Max coaches strongman athletes, lifters coming back from injury, and anyone whose job has left them stiff, weak, and stuck at a desk all day. He's a competitive strongman himself (USS Nationals, 2026), and his approach to injury recovery comes from the source — years of working through his own injuries in the sport taught him firsthand what it actually takes to come back stronger, not just "cleared." That's the gap he specializes in closing: the space between "cleared by PT" and actually strong, where most old injuries quietly turn into recurring ones.
For the desk-bound crowd — especially the tech workers who spend 9+ hours a day hunched over a keyboard — Max builds programs that undo the damage of sitting all day: restoring hip and shoulder mobility, building real strength, and improving tissue capacity.
Whether you're prepping for a strongman competition, working your way back from an injury, or just tired of feeling stiff and weak, Max will build you a program that gets you stronger — for good.
